Vamos iniciar o nosso quarto desafio #30DiasParaSeAmarMais numa Segunda Feira (16\/01), o dia Internacional da retomada as dietas! Rsrs<\/p>\n<p>Animados? Vou colocar abaixo as regras da primeira semana e as sugest\u00f5es que voc\u00eas podem incluir na sua rotina alimentar e de treinos.<\/p>\n<p><b>Regras para PRIMEIRA semana:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1- Tomar um suco detox em jejum;<br \/>2- Consumir de 1,5l a 2l de \u00e1gua por dia;<br \/>3- Realizar no m\u00ednimo 30 minutos de atividade f\u00edsica por dia &#8211; 5 dias na semana;<br \/>4- Consumir 1 x\u00edcara de caf\u00e9 com \u00f3leo de coco ao dia (termog\u00eanico natural)<\/p>\n<p><b>Dicas:<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b>&#8211;&nbsp;<span style=\"line-height: 18px;\">Quem tem dificuldade em beber \u00e1gua? Vamos beber \u00e1gua, ch\u00e1, \u00e1gua detox! Voc\u00ea sabia que beber pouca \u00e1gua causa reten\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquido, isso ocorre como forma de defesa do corpo para prevenir desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o.
