Picar cebola e alho para refogar na panela de press\u00e3o com um fio de azeite, acrescer o gr\u00e3o de bico e dourar, adicionar \u00e1gua e sal e pimenta e fechar a press\u00e3o, contar 20 minutos com a press\u00e3o. Escorrer e reservar. Para o bacalhau: colocar \u00e1gua para ferver e acrescer a posta de bacalhau poe 3 minutos. Escorrer e reservar. Cortar 1 cebola em tiras e 3 dentes de alho e dourar no azeite, acrescer o bacalhau e deixar dourar bem, ele vai se desfazer em lascas. Pimenta o reino. Misturar ao gr\u00e3o de bico o bacalhau com as cebolas e alho, azeite, salsinha picada, azeitonas picadas. Voltar tudo junto para a frigideira e acrescer os flocos de milho, o gergelim e fazer uma mistura do azeite com o cury e misturar aos gr\u00e3os sempre mexendo. Por fim a pimenta calabresa, sal e pimenta do reino. Deixar esfriar e guardar num pote bem fechado para manter a croc\u00e2ncia.
