As regras v\u00e3o acumulando durante as semanas e com isso, no final dos 30 dias, vamos ter pequenas mudan\u00e7as de h\u00e1bitos que podem se tornar pela vida inteira (assim espero).<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; &nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: start;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">3- Realizar no m\u00ednimo 30 minutos de atividade f\u00edsica por dia &#8211; 5 dias na semana; Evita perda da massa muscular, pois quando voc\u00ea passa muito tempo em jejum o corpo vai buscar energia na massa muscular, fazendo voc\u00ea perder m\u00fasculo e pior ainda, armazenar gordura.
